Hello! I am Josie Doyle. My husband, James, and myself started Lake Powell Custom Catering in January of 2026. We have been offering catering services such as chartered jet meals, meal preps and on-site catering throughout Page and the surrounding areas for over six years as a dba under Captains & Crews, but we thought it was time to put our catering services in the spotlight! So here I am, cooking up a storm and loving every minute of it!

James and I moved to Page in 1992 and started Captains & Crews Boat Service in 1999. Shortly following, we started our shopping and delivery service, lakepowellgroceries.com. Captains and Crews is still going strong to this day!

While helping run the business throughout the years, having babies and raising our family, I also worked at Safeway for nearly twenty years, Swire Coco Cola and
several years with Sysco Foods. I've always been a foodie, but Sysco really drove my passion to another level. I've always believed that everyone of my jobs have been stepping stones that led me to where I am today. I'm thankful for all my experiences and excited for this new chapter! I know with my husband and partner, his support, success will follow!

We are proud to say we are a family based business. Our children and several family members still work for us and having them for all these years has been a huge part of our success. Our business has grown and thrived and most is due to word of mouth and referrals, I contribute that to our Page family and friends, so thank you Page America!


Currently we are giving back a little to our community by offering a lower priced lunches for Glen Canyon Outdoor Academy. We have a commercial kitchen and have been doing small and large events. We're ready for whatever comes our way!

We are thankful and excited for this new adventure! We vow to give quality food, excellent service and an amazing experience for our future clients to remember!
